Cold Blooded Cafe is seeking (1) PT Janitorial/Grounds Maintenance position. We are one of the nations premiere rodent production facilities situated on nearly 5 acres with several structures and are in need of the right candidate to help keep that maintained. The right candidate for us is someone who gets excited about new projects! There is always something different to do everyday that makes the time fly. This is a dynamic, fast paced position that requires strong accountability and attention to detail. This position will be intricate to the health and well being of the animals as well as success of production operations. Some responsibilities may include (but not limited to): Power washing, floor scrubbing, hand scrubbing/scraping, detailing, dusting (including high ceilings), organizing, hauling/trashing yard debris, trimming weeds, etc. Light maintenance may include painting, drilling/screwing, labor (carrying building materials), etc. Typical schedule is 4-5 hours Monday-Friday but is flexible in regards to number of days/time of day. Some tasks may be required to be completed after 6pm or on weekends when other staff are vacated. We look forward to hearing from you!
