Hi! I need a proper electrician to install a brand new in box 52” ceiling fan with light and remote in my bedroom which has no previous fan or light. This is a start from scratch project that will require all new wiring and a new hole in the ceiling. I have no attic, btw. You will need to bring all your own tools such as a saw, drill, etc. you will need to bring all needed materials such as wiring. I need about 15 ft of 3 lead wire. I also have a tv that needs mounting and a deadbolt that needs installing. My boyfriend is super handy and would be delighted to be your personal assistant! The three part job pays $200.
