Our expanding company is looking for individuals to lay down the best coatings around! You will be responsible to run a team of 2-3 and install concrete coatings mostly in garages and patios, but also commercial projects. Typical 5 day work week (Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturday jobs. One day installations mean that you can do more projects in a week and earn higher bonuses! Training and certification is provided. Painters, roofers, hard workers are encouraged to apply. Qualities and traits we look for in a candidate is a positive attitude, dependability, responsible, time management, quick learner, attention to detail, and organized. CAP Concrete Coatings started over 4 years ago after a long search for different opportunities to develop a business. Chris Spafford was determined to take his experiences and life lessons from the Navy to better serve his community in the Pacific Northwest.
