A Property Management company is looking for a responsible individual to work as part of the management company's custodial and maintenance team. With additional experience, duties will include but are not limited to: * Perform building and common area upkeep of managed properties. * Accurately document work performed on service requests. * Promote good public relations with customers, residents, and co-workers. * Refuse and Recycling removal and properties as part of custodial duties * Assist with apartment make-ready after tenants vacate, including painting and lite sheetrock. * Perform effective emergency maintenance(after hours) as required. * Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. * Willing to perform various tasks * Tolerance of hot and cold weather, as may be necessary * Assist maintenance staff Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following: Cleaning supplies User-Moved Aids: ladders, stepladders, and various tools. Education High School Diploma or trade school preferred not required. Must be literate—minimum 3 years of work experience. Valid Drivers license required. OSHA certified a plus Bi-lingual is a plus. Can work as part of a team. The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time within two months of hiring or faster, depending on skill level. Part-time workers begin starting at 20-30 hrs a week to begin with the potential of additional hours based on performance and skill level.
