My car has a mildew odor since
I just bought a used car & decide to deep clean. Week ago I cleaned it using a rug doctor. Then I open the top (convertible) and let it dry. It was sunny day so I was expecting it to dry. Next day I was smelling like a mold or mildew..
Last weekend I repeat the process using hot water with Odobarn. I made sure to rinse carpet well and suck out the water. Then I let it dry and I also set a blower fan to aid air flow. Next day I sprinkled baking soda, left it over night. It did absorb some moisture over night. My car still smells bad. Anyone had this problem? Solution?
