We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff What You Will Do: Maloney Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties located in Southern NH (Milford, Hudson, and Bedford) and Northern MA (Haverhill and Tyngsboro). Most of the position will be based at the NH properties, and any travel will be compensated. The duties you will be responsible for will include: • Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping. • Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff. The work hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Who We Are Looking For: • Someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. • Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred. • Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus. • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
