Constant staffing is looking for a Bilingual Sales team leader and sales individuals to join an amazing fast growing Latino retail store! The store is located at the southeast area of Houston and are looking for a motivated sales team leader to organize, coach and motivate the sales team, as well as a Sales driven associates with communication and customer service skills to deal with clients offering a great customer service to close the sale. The leader will need to be the example on how to close the sale, giving an amazing customer service and give solutions to different challenges, making sure the customer service standards are met every day! The team leader will set expectations to the employees and motivate the team to do their job efficiently, giving solutions, provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively. Job Site Location/City: 77075/ Houston Shift/Hours: 8 hour shift / rotating day schedule, work day is between 9am – 8 pm, flexibility to work on weekends is required, we are willing to discuss schedule and availability. Starting pay rate/yearly salary: Sales Team Lead starting at $17.00 p hour (negotiable based on experience) Must be willing to work on weekends! Being bilingual is required for the Team lead position, Bilingual or Spanish only is REQUIRED for Sales associates positions
