Ignite Outdoor Kitchens is seeking a Full-time Skilled Laborer to join our team for residential construction work in the Greater Austin area. Work is performed in our air-conditioned shop and in the field. Ignite is a growing locally owned and operated business that specializes in designing and building high-end outdoor kitchens. Qualifications: We are looking for an individual with trade experience - construction, mechanical, or carpentry for general labor work in the construction industry. Must have experience safely operating general construction tools, and performing tasks with accurate measurements, cutting, and installation. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions of Position: Must have reliable transportation with availability to work OT as needed - including weekends on occasion. Dependable, with a strong work ethic Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Understand and practice safety in the workplace Forklift experience preferred General clean-up and organization of workspace Trustworthy team player with a positive attitude Valid Driver’s License required- for the operation of company vehicle from shop to job site locations (Experience pulling a trailer is a plus) Acceptable background check required Shop Location - South Austin, between Hwy. 290 and Hwy. 35 with travel to job sites in the Greater Austin area
