Enjoy Living Your Journey Reset, Refresh, Revive for the week w/ JazzyYogy. Yoga & Acrobatic Dance for ALL Levels & Bodies! Come to David T. Kennedy Park where we will enjoy nature, friends, and good vibes. We will do an hour long Yoga practice focusing on full body tension release, strengthening, & balance to get you ready for the week. Now that you're warm and limber it's time to put it to use in an hour long Acrobatic Dance Class. Spin, Kick, Roll and Flip as we vibe to some Boss Beats. Relax and reinvigorate your energy while meeting new people, reconnecting with yourself and nature. See you there! I will be hosting this on Saturdays 3-5pm @David T. Kennedy Park in Coconut Grove.
