Tear down1560 ft2 1930 residence + 30' of 4' retaining wall and small concrete patches. It's not going to put up much of a fight - easy job for 2 guys w/ backhoe and dump truck. Must have insurance. Utilities prepped. Easy access and haul-off parking.
