This is a outdoor dock cleaning job. it pays up to $15.00hr 5 days a week and office cleaning. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Good client/customer service skills. -Ability to follow oral and written instructions. -Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. -Ability to work effectively with a team. -Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort. -Knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn. -Must be able to lift 50 pounds -Must be willing to work outdoors Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION! Wage negotiable depending on experience.
