FIRST STEP STAFFING IS HIRING FOR MAIL SORTERS IN IRVING, TX. Full time and Part time available Shift: 1st -$15.00 an hour / 6am - 3:30pm / Tuesday - Saturday 2nd - 16.50 an hour / 4:pm - 12:30am / Sunday - Thursday Location : Irving, Tx Transportation is provide from our office to the job site and back. What to Expect: 1)Most packages weigh less than 50lbs and automation technology is used to reduce physical labor 2)Retrieve and sort incoming packages. 3)Prepare deliveries by either gaylord, sack setup or pallet stacking. 4)Load packages into the system and identify special handling needs. 5)Perform all additional duties as required Physical Demands and Abilities: 1) The ability to lift 5 lbs., but occasionally up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations 2) The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
