• Daily cleaning/inspection of the building • Weekly cleaning • Pool maintenance • Landscaping • Basic irrigation system maintenance • General building maintenance-change bulbs, HVAC filters, garage doors, fence, deck • Minor electrical maintenance • Minor plumbing maintenance • Minor roof maintenance • Minor paint/drywall repair • Wood working skills • Welding skills a plus • Carry maintenance phone/communicate with tenants in a professional manner • Self motivated and able to prioritize tasks as needed and multi task • Able to drive trucks, trailers, forklifts, scissor lifts – manual transmission a plus • Basic vehicle/equipment maintenance • Source and pick up materials as needed • Ability to trouble shoot problems • Clean driving record, current Texas license • Clear background check • Speak English, speak Spanish a plus • Dog friendly • Ability to drive 14’ cube truck to film shoots and assist as needed.
