I am looking for an electrician from a local business to do three small repairs in a house. The repairs are: 1) A light switch that controls a ceiling fan doesn't provide full power, and needs to be repaired. The cover also needs to be replaced. 2) A garage door opener switch needs replacing in the garage. The switch works, but has come out of the wall. 3) I'd like to have a c-wire ran from the basement up to the first floor so I can install a new thermostat. The wall is not open.
