We will provide tools and company trucks to be successful in the role. Key Responsibilities: • Skilled in various construction areas such as: demolition, concrete finishing, masonry, various types of framing, insulation, sealants & caulking, doors & hardware, drywall, acoustical ceilings, minor tiling or various flooring. • Must be a skilled and knowledgeable crafts professional who is aware of the leading and latest construction techniques. • Must be able to organize and lead a group of craft workers efficiently to obtain maximum productivity. • Ability to be oversee additional labor staff. • Might put temporary structures like scaffolding, etc. Job Requirements: • Must be able to perform all of the essential during and have physical strength, stamina, effective communication, attention to safety, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions. • An ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in similar like role. • Proficient in use of hand / power tools • It would be helpful if the candidate can read construction documents • Ability to learn and take direction. • Must have a drivers license and a clean drivers record. • Pre-employment background check will be conducted. Compensation: • Excellent pay based on experience, and could be between $25/hr to $38/hr. • Benefits, and time off vacation, are offered for these positions.
