Beautiful rescued dog Elizabeth needs a foster or forever home!

A local non-profit animal rescue is seeking a foster or forever home for lovely Elizabeth! We will provide a dog crate, dog food, collar, leash and any items she may need during foster care. Her description is below. Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Hound 1 year old, 55 pounds Fully vaccinated, will be spayed asap. Elizabeth was rescued from Duplin County, NC, and quickly won the hearts of the shelter staff, but because their space is so limited, she was on the euthanasia list on the day she was pulled. She went to a foster in Wilmington, NC, who was also impressed by Elizabeth's sweet personality and wonderful house manners. She is housebroken and does well in a crate, and has exhibited no destructive tendencies. She tested well with other dogs at the shelter and enjoyed the company of her foster's two other dogs. And if you offer her a game of fetch, she will gladly show off her athletic skills! She loves playing fetch and romping in the yard, so a fenced in yard is requested for Elizabeth. She also walks well on a leash and will make a great companion if you just want to watch TV. Elizabeth will make a great family addition!
