Hey looking for roommates to sign onto a year(or 2)-long lease (beginning XXX 1st) to share a 4 bedroom spot in the NYC area. This includes surrounding neighborhoods as far east as sunnyside, south towards dumbo West no farther than Journal Sq NJ (please for the love Jesus and his message, nothing north of Harlem). flexible on earlier/later dates for the right spot. I have been checking out places and have found a few options; now I just need to recruit co leasees to fill the other bedrooms A little about me: 30s male, from FL, USMC, security and a contractor for Amtrak. I'm easy going, clean, and a considerate roommate. I've lived with all sorts of roommates--sometimes becoming great friends and most other times doing our own thing. I'm happy either way, just as long as it doesn't feel as though my roommate is a complete stranger (like that guy Alan found in the office walls while trying to track down his precious cheese). I have basic “American male” interests (cars, outdoor activities, food, 2A etc. ) All of the apts I've seen would be in the range of $(4800 a 5K~ish per month) Very nice spaces to make your own, with updated bells and whistles with enough room not to crowd each other Please respond if you think this sounds like a good fit and tell me a little about yourself.
