Full Job Description We are looking to bring on the right candidate with past or current experience working with cannabis. Our team has been growing for 6 years and with the recent expansion we will be needing someone PART TIME to add to our garden crew. The position will start at 20-25hrs a week monday-friday 8am-2pm. We can discuss schedule in person, and can possibly even make it 4 days a week. MUST HAVE OLCC WORKERS PERMIT FOR CANNABIS You must be able to follow the tasks listed below as well as follow directions based on our grow systems and processes. Caring for the plants, scanning plants daily for pests/disease/molds etc. We have our systems in place as far as how often we water/feed, take clones, harvest etc. As long as you can follow our processes and are willing to learn then you are most likely going to fit right in. We are looking for someone who has great work ethic, reliable, shows up to work on time, and someone that is passionate about cannabis. Job Tasks Include: -Trellising -Defoliating -Cloning -Transplanting -Ph balancing water -Watering -Sanitizing/sweeping/vacuuming -Organizing -Labeling -Harvesting If you have experience in METRC as well that is a plus, but if not it’s totally ok.
