Experienced professional handyman needed for big list of tasks

I have a large list of household tasks that have been building up since the pandemic. As you can see it's a big list, figured I would just go with a pro to knock em all out! I'm looking for an experienced home handyman who is familiar with all the tasks listed below, and doesn't need a lot of supervision or instructions. If you take pride in the quality of your work and like to solve problems, you're the person I'm looking for! If things go well I will likely have more work in the future, or perhaps things we notice after you arrive. References are not required, but would really help! Rate is $80/hr Indoor - Re-attach front door bottom trim - Add water softener salt - Change house water filter - Check for mold or water damage in attic + take pics - Replace hallway air filter - Install new toilet seat + new float - Paint/patch bedroom door trim - Patch some small holes in hardwood floor, fix squeaks if easy - Fix missing pull-string on bedroom closet light - Install (2) new blinds in office windows - Caulk around bathtub + window cills - Fix handle on office closet door Outdoor - Clean outside windows - Re-attach northeast gutter to wall - Clean deck - Repair deck railing that has been twisted from weight of the bird feeder - Affix strings of LED lights along deck railing - Pull weeds in front of house - Spray weed killer on (portion of) back yard + driveway/sidewalk cracks - Garage door opener light bulb - Clean dryer vent For some of these problems, it would be nice if you had opinions about the best way to tackle them, and suggestions about which products are good for specific tasks. I'm looking for a knowledgeable partner in home maintenance, not just someone to follow instructions. Thanks, have a good day! p.s.
