She is the founder of Growology Hair Care, and most known as the "black Rapunzel" on her YouTube Channel for being able to grow her hair and so many others through her handmade, natural hair care products. She defies the odds that black women can't grow their hair as long as their counterparts. She uses her knowledge, skills, and gifts to create a stance in black communities that natural hair can be long like Rapunzel. Rosetta Greer aka Rosetta Empowers started the sister circle for women of color in November 2016. As a melaninated woman, she believes our nation can only rise as high as our women. She's empowered thousands of women (and men) around the globe over the past 6 years and continue to take a stance on doing the soul work, self care, self love, permanent positive change, and entrepreneurship. Rosetta is a Multipreneur, Soulologist, Certified Holistic Life Coach, Noble Design Coach, Pre-marital Counselor, Author, and Executive Director of Royal Circle of Sisters, Inc. She founded her consulting brand, Crowning Your Essence, Inc. in 2017. Since then she's been recognized, highlighted, and awarded for all of her entrepreneurial endeavors, work in the community, and stance on permanent positive change.
