Synch Your Strength is a 12 week experience that teaches you how to build a strong body, achieve a healthy cycle & female (cyclical) metabolism, & most importantly— the strongest, healthiest relationship with yourself.
During this event, Audrey & Kendyll will provide a bite-sized taste of what Synch Your Strength is like, with a 30-minute workout tailored to the menstrual cycle & a mini-workshop/ Q&A.
