Let's get high in altitude with a sampling of "alpine" wines from across Europe! Join us Wednesday, September 7th for our fall Cru Class wine tasting of five wines from small, family-owned producers and led by McCarus Beverage's Lauren Baisley. Each guest will receive five different two-ounce samples; alpine-inspired seasonal charcuterie, cheeses and accoutrements; and a bottle red wine to take home. After the guided tasting, additional bottles of each wine will be available to order at below retail pricing. As the purchaser, you are responsible for managing any financial transactions within changes to your party. What does "Cru" mean? Cru is a wine term used to indicate a high-quality vineyard or group of vineyards. It's originally a French word traditionally translated as "growth." Come grow in your wine knowledge with us!
