Gong meditation participants are amazed at how effortlessly and passively they can achieve a deep meditative state. There is no learning involved and the benefits are immediate. They report everything from improved sleep, heightened intuition, reduction in pain, better focus, heightened relaxation and much more. COVID19 Update: Classes limited to only 10 guests. Walk-ins not welcome currently. Guests have multiple comfortable seating options, including yoga mats, chairs and elevated seating with support. Sanitized mats and throw blankets will be available, but as a safety measure for our staff and other guests, we recommend that guests bring their own yoga mats and optional throw covers.
