Help for my dog please

Hi I have a dog who's very sick. He has an infection in his jaw and the side of his face is swollen. I cannot afford a vet and I can't seem to find any help. If any one knows where I can find help or can help me themselves I would be so appreciative you have no idea. He is my baby and all I have left.
