Charleston is known for its cuisine. This cuisine was built on the shoulders of the many enslaved and freed cooks, spanning periods from the 1700s into the 1900s. Chef Kevin Mitchell will take his Guests on an educational and culinary journey honoring the legacy of these Cooks that crafted the pathways today’s Chefs walk along.
