What is Anchored?The theme for Anchored this October is “Guarded by Wisdom” In a world full of folly that vies for the attention of our hearts, this year’s conference theme will encourage us to seek wisdom (Prov 4:7) and to value it as essential to the protection of our very lives (Prov 4:13). We want to be reminded that biblical wisdom is essential to living as Christ intends and we want to be warned that pseudo-wisdom seeks to take us––our desires, our affections, our plans––captive. The teaching of Anchored 2022 will challenge us to guard our lives with wisdom.. When is Anchored?October 8th will be our sixth Anchored. The schedule will include sessions of singing and teaching, and lunch and breaks for the opportunity to get to know one another. The schedule will fill the better part of a Saturday at Mission Road Bible Church. Activities will occur on Friday night, Saturday night after the conference, and Sunday after morning services. Friday Night Meet & Greet Please join us for a night of fellowship hosted by a member of Mission Road Bible Church. Enjoy an evening with other like-minded individuals from 7-9:30pm. Light snacks will be provided. (ADD LOCATION) Saturday Night Dinner & Hangout After the final session, MRBC conference attendees will organize groups at restaurants (list to be provided at Conference). After dinner, groups will head to ADD LOCATION Sunday Services at Mission Road Bible Church If you stay all weekend, join us for church on Sunday!
