August 20: MIG Welding Basics6pm - 9pmInstructor: Anthony Kiefer Description: In this Safety and Basic Use class, you will learn how to safely operate our MIG welding station and create simple joints in mild steel under ¼” thick. The class will be a discussion of theory (cutting, preparing a workpiece, welding technique) and then conclude with a hands on demo. This course will leave you certified to use our MIG welder on your own time. Come learn the basics to create projects in steel! Anthony will also demonstrate: Gas MIG, Flux Core MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Date: August 20, 2022 Time: 3 hours, 6 - 9 pm Attire: Pants, closed toe shoes, long sleeve cotton shirt Age: 18+ This class regularly sells out with a full waitlist.
