This biweekly community space offers the chance to connect with your body & breath through yoga, aerial arts, and meditation. Dialogue about new wellness trends and mental health topics, and get creative with art. We end with some light refreshments and a photo wall to capture the memories!

The morning begins at 9:45 am for check-in. Our movement segment begins at 10:00 am.
Please bring a yoga mat, socks, and wear comfortable clothes.
Our community space is a shoeless area (shoe covers are provided for those who wish to keep shoes on).
