This Clinic is presented by the Sweet South Swine Classic and led by many talented and experienced past and present Exhibitors throughout the state. We brought them all together to teach, encourage and excite ALL SWINE EXHIBITORS-regardless of experience level. This Clinic is open to all ages and experience levels-whether it's your 1st, your last or any year in between! These leaders will share with you their knowledge on Swine Basics, such as: Selection, Care, Feeding & Showmanship. They will also share with you their experiences from County, Regional, Prospect, State & National Shows. You will no doubt be ready for SHOW PIG SEASON!! This event has a small charge basically just for commitment purposes. We are planning to provide prizes, t-shirts & plenty of knowledge if you are willing to learn! So we are asking for you to register so we have an idea on the number to expect. That doesn't mean we won't accept-day off registrations-but those who are registered will be guaranteed the items mentioned above and it helps us greatly in knowing how many to plan for! So take a few minutes and REGISTER!! You will be glad you did! This event is open to ALL SWINE EXHIBITORS in the Sweet South Area! Glades, Hendry, Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Desoto, Okeechobee, Highlands, Palm Beach Counties and beyond! *Last year was our first year and we had an excellent turn out of Exhibitors but we know we need to make some tweaks to make it even better! We will have group leaders with each group to help them move between stations smoother, we will also have pigs on site for the showmanship portion-YAY! We are excited and hope to have many exhibitors back again as well as new ones too! NOTE-This event will be held at the newly covered Bronson Arena not at the Chalo Nitka Park like last year. It is across the street where the Chalo Nitka Rodeo is held each year!
