Stretching and maintaining a positive relationship with the physical body is a vital part of any artist’s process. If it isn’t, let us at 621 show you why it should be! With a new semester right around the corner, visit us on August 19th from 6-8PM to see how relaxing, mindful movement can benefit your creativity, lead to new connections, and spark discovery within yourself! This event is all-inclusive, intern-led (*NOT* a licensed yoga instructor), and informal! Whether you are interested in trying out a new hobby, learning ways to improve posture, playing an acoustic music game or just need an excuse to view contemporary artwork with friends, let’s get twisted up and have some fun! MATERIALS: *Limited matts/blocks will be provided, and are first come, first serve, so if you plan to attend, we suggest bringing your own! A small donation upon entry is appreciated, but admission is FREE with inexpensive drink options (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) available for purchase or with donation.*
