Casual laborer needed for routine maintenance and repairs around my property. First things first... no drugs or drinking will be tolerated, and I can tell. If that’s a problem for you then save us some time and move on. Power washing, minor painting, weed and landscape control, minor dock repairs etc are just a few of the types of tasks that are needed here on an ongoing basis. Nothing too difficult or back breaking but you may break a sweat, and you may require use of common sense. You will learn a lot about all these tasks and others. I have all the tools and often I will be working with you, but I do insist you be reliable, honest and have a good work ethic. Liars, felons and thieves please go away. My property needs 20 hrs a week, plus or minus. But my neighbors also have the same needs and would love to fill out the week if you need the hours. Must be able to speak English Although I ask these things, I am not a bad person to work with and you will always be paid on time. The pay rate is according to the work ethics and effort displayed. The minimum would be $15 per hour, more if you deserve it. Respond through CL and tell me why we should work together. Once again, no drunks or druggies.
