Chickens with Coop & All Supplies

I am looking to rehome my 10 chickens. Mixed breeds and mostly hens and maybe a rooster or two (can’t seem to tell them apart) Chickens and coop are roughly 1 1/2 years old. I want to sell everything together preferably. The coop is from the Chicken Coop Company and was originally $1,500. I will included everything I have which includes: - watered - feeder - 2 - winter water heaters for winter - inside coop heater that keeps the coop at the set temperature during the winter - any left over food/bedding/grit…etc. I just can’t keep up with their care like they need with work and kids. Coop and run and detach from each other to be moved in 2 parts I am asking $800 for everything. Open to reasonable offers.
