Rehoming Sweet Doberman puppy

I have a sweet Doberman puppy, 4 and a half months. I have had him since he was a pup but I can no longer take care of him. I started having a difficult pregnancy and am now on bed rest. He has a lot of energy and I can no longer take care of him. I tried sending him to training a couple weeks ago to make things easier for me because taking care of a puppy is not something I am able to do right now. The training helped a little but he is still a pup and still likes to chew and nervous pees and it’s not something I can clean up right now but regardless he deserves a home where he can be taken on walks, have someone to take him to play etc. its become too hard on my health and I was in the hospital again a few days ago.
