We almost have it all finished for the upcoming open house. New paint, new flooring, new ceiling fans, new mini blinds. Still working on the kitchen so probably a new stove. With rental properties in super high demand i thought that i would give you all a head start by letting you know about it. Very high demand to be in the Los Alamitos school district. It is a small but cute house if you like the color yellow. Only two bedrooms and just one bathroom and a tiny kitchen. But the HUGE backyard is what you will want in this rental house. Plenty of open space for backyard activities. Not yet sure what the rental price will be, but a best guess would be between $3200 and $3800 a month. We still have to add up all the cost we just put into it. One year lease only, so no month to month. We like to have our renters stay a while. The last renters stayed for six years.
