Hiring movers for pick up Monday 8-15

Driver coming into town at 6 am and need help doing a pick up going to California. All I need help with is good movers to come in wrap pad shrink wrap crate furniture or anything that needs attention and guys that know how to stack everything inside my truck. Nothing gets loaded until it gets noted in inventory sheet and had a tag or sticker for the move. If you’re a good worker and can get to the job site on time and not leave the rest of the team hanging than can be an opportunity for you and for anyone this I’d a equal employment opportunity for anyone and everyone so ladies please don’t come at me telling me off that IM blast and I only hire guys cause I hire anyone that can help me get this pick up onto my truck. Please no flakes if you have other plans and you need to go Home early that’s fine but you only get payed the hours you worked. The minimum will only get payed once everything is on my truck and my doors are shut. For those guys that want to show up late please now that $20 will be deducted from your pay for every hour your late. The company is not going to pay the other movers more money just cause your late. They will just pay you less. Also you guys need to have some sort of direct deposit like Zelle cash app Venmo etc to get paid and be considered.
