Meet Pablo! Pablo is a two year old male cat and the sweetest little guy. He is unvaccinated, and not neutered, but is litter box trained and scratching post trained! My roommates and I took in Pablo about a year ago due to an injury he sustained to his leg, after some healing he has become the most loving, playful, and talkative cat any of us have met. He loves to cuddle in the mornings and at night and if he’s not in bed with you, loves to look out windows, or lay on whatever cardboard he can find. He is good with older children, but not with other cats. We are unsure of his status on dogs, but we assume he would not enjoy being around them. Despite how wonderful he is, he does come with a bite disclaimer, as part of his playful nature, we always love wrestling with him by wrapping a towel around our arm, so he can bite and claw all he wants until he drags the towel away in victory. He doesn’t mean to do any harm, but sometimes he doesn’t know that playtime is over and will try to keep playing when we don’t have something protective on. And even though most times he loves being picked up and pet: sometimes he is a bit uncomfortable with it, and will give a small warning before snapping. Because of all this, we recommend a experienced cat owner or pet owner to care for Pablo. While we do not want this to dissuade anyone, we don’t want to leave it out for everyone’s safety, and he is, of course, open to meeting people before adoption! The reason we are putting him here is not due to the disclaimers above, but because we are moving across the country, and cannot bring him with, which deeply saddens us.
