I need a microwave installed

Images are attached. I need this installed. The old bracket looks like it needs removed. New bracket needs installed… and I think light construction work is required. Like, a small bit of the cabinets need sawed off I think… Either way, I am woefully under skilled and lack the tools to do this confidently.
