Looking for strong, reliable individual with solid work ethic and no drug or alcohol issues. Responsibilities could include, but not be limited to: mowing, weeding, mulching, planting, digging, moving bags of mulch / fertilizer, lifting / loading mulch or topsoil. You will be part of a small team of good people maintaining several properties in the area. This is hard work. In the hot sun. We don’t usually work in the rain, but please understand and really consider what the job entails before applying, and assess if you really have the correct levels of fitness and dedication required. Typical week is 30-35 hours, usually starting around 7 or 8am depending on the day. Can pay in cash at end of each week if needed. $13-$15 / hour.
