Mature local Tucsonan looking for a lower cost rental. Practicing Covid protocol. Prefer areas closer to UA, or Catalina foothills. I am looking for nice area with a Quality Owner/ landlord who takes good care of their property, not a property mngmt co. Unfurnished, non-smoking, well kept, no carpeting, with laundry.
