Consulting: need HVAC & Electrician

Doing some home upgrades. Performing most of the work myself. I need an HVAC expert. Need to upgrade furnace unit to a high efficiency system. I’ve done a lot of various construction work over the years but nothing having to do with HVAC systems. Need consulting and some pointers on what unit to get, how to install it on the current cabinet (I realize it requires new pipe jacks etc). Not adding AC at this time. I need an electrical expert. Need to move electric meter, and the current breaker panel has to be moved into the garage. It’s fairly straight forward but for this I need to know any code issues that may arise and what the inspector would like to see as the end state for the junction boxes in the crawl space and attic. Home is serviced by an overhead power line. Pay is $100 / hr for consulting and any material lists produced. Please send me an email with any relevant qualifications for this scope of work. And again, this is for consulting and does not require you to perform any labor.
