Bluegrass band looking for fiddle or banjo

We are 4 musicians in our 30s looking to add to our already formed bluegrass band. We have guitar, dobro, mandola, and stand-up bass. We practice once a week and are quickly getting leads on gigs around Chicago. We are very serious about steadily gigging. Each of us sings a little, but the more the merrier. We play covers now, including bluegrassing up non-bluegrass tunes and are heavily improvisational. We play some Dead, Stones, Billy Strings, SCI. Please send a video or recording with your response.
