Replace Boat Speakers - should be quick and easy

I got a new set of speakers for my boat but just won't be able to replace them today. Two of the speakers are kinda squeezed under the windshield and will require a right angle on you (phillips) screwdriver, which I don't have. The others are right out in the open. $30 per hour seems fair to me??
