Texas Heeler needing big yard

Description

Esther is a 1-year-old female Texas Heeler (~35lb) from purebred Blue Heeler & purebred Australian Shepherd lines. She is fully vaccinated and has a spay appointment in November that anyone is willing to either keep or cancel if they have their own vet. We are not considering breeders. She is very energetic and has a strong desire to do good work. We were doing well with her but she got bored in our small yard and ever since, nothing we've tried has been helping. She simply needs more space than we have. She was undergoing training to be a service dog but washed due to some puppy behaviours (chewing, jumping). Since she has training to identify raised cortisol levels, she would make an excellent emotional support dog to someone with an active lifestyle. If you have the ability to do agility training with her, she would be phenomenal. I have much more to share, but will limit it to this for now. Please be prepared to give vet & personal references, show pictures of your yard and where she'll be kept, and pay a rehoming fee of $150 to cover the expenses we had while caring for her. All of her food and toys will go with her.
