Need Reliable handyman type person

Please read entirely - If the ad is up there is no need to send me an email asking if I still need somebody :). I will take it down when the position is filled... 1-2 days a week (days are flexible) to do some general chores/handyman type stuff. From light lawn, to organizing.. some light cleaning.. some indoors but mostly outdoors. 4-5 hours a day - prefer mornings to early afternoons. Other opportunities available for the right person. This would be a good supplementary job for the right person. Please be fit AND reliable. Send email WITH photo with response (since you are coming to our house). 14 per hour paid cash daily to start - moving to 16 per hour cash paid daily after 30 days. This is geared more towards somebody with general knowledge of how tools work that you may need to use.
