Searching for drummer for Indie/Rock Alternative startup

I'm a 36 y/o guitarist/vocalist looking to startup a band to play original songs I've written and am working on. I'd like to start out with a drummer to begin a foundation to see how it goes and go from there. I've played in bands in the past/had a band. Done numerous artistic things over the years and want to get back into music seriously. Influences are primarily independent and underground rock associated, with a lot of 90s flavor. I.e. Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins, Pavement, Guided by Voices etc. Also Dinosaur Jr of course, and more recent MA acts like Speedy Ortiz or Pile. Also a big fan of the earlier Carseat Headrest stuff. I'd love to get a situation going where there could be a couple of shows a month in local spots at least, eventually. I am just west of Worcester but am fine to drive anywhere in between here and Boston to meet up and practice with the right people.
