I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq ft home with aluminum wiring. It is being sold and needs to qualify for insurance. Either be rewired or certified as safe for insurance purposes.
I will also have some small apartment electric panels (Sylvania or Federal) that will need to be changed out.
Need bids from licensed electrian with professional references.
