Need Someone to Brush Hog Property

I need someone to cut the brush on my property either tomorrow, Sunday Aug 14th in the morning, or Monday, Aug 15th in the morning. It is a vacant lot that is about 1.7 acres. Most of the brush consists of tall grass about 3 to 4 feet high, as well as some milk weeds and a variety of other weeds that have sprouted up fast during this Summer rain and heat. I need someone to cut it down with a brush hog. This job does not consist of heavy lifting that consists of cutting down small trees, branches, and old brush. All old brush and small trees were hogged approximately the fall of 2021. The land was pretty clear and flat this past spring 2022, and has gotten high during the summer. It is the fairly cleared large 1.7 acre lot between Kilgore St. and Carol Lee St. Please send me some "reasonable" estimates. I need this done either tomorrow or Monday morning because a bunch of guys and I will be putting trash in an onsite bin on Monday. Aside from the brush hogging I immediately need done, I will need some trimming in and around the perimeter. I'd like to discuss pricing of this separately. If pricing is reasonable, perhaps you can do this when you come out to do the brush hogging. But please know this is separate from my main need. Additionally, I'd need someone to maintain the property once a month. Like the perimeter need, this is also separate from my main need. We can discuss pricing of this as well.
