Champagne & Caviar Experience This unique experience will be a guided tasting of 3 varieties of caviar and 1 roe varietal: HACKLEBACK, CLASSIC WHITE STURGEON, SIBERIAN STURGEON and SMOKED TROUT ROE. Each guest will receive a 28g jar of each variety along with Champagne. VIN COLLECTIVE will feature 4 pours of fine Champagne to accompany each caviar tasting.
