Small black timid young dog

Maybe a feist or small dog mix, stands about as high as a sofa seat. Very good indoors, Like's to go outside and run around but is hard to catch because he is so timid. About a year old maybe but he was given to me a short time ago. Cute as can be and likes to snuggle and likes bones and treats, that's the only way I can catch him. I'm moving to a house right on a 4 lane road and so I'm going to give him away. With the move and all i just don't have time to spare for him right now. I'll bring him to you if you want, if it's not too far from bristol, maybe an hour or so. He doesn't seem to like his picture taken, he carries his ears up most of the time.
