Join Carin on the lawn in front of the main stage area for an introduction to shamanic drumming, an intentional shamanic journey to the helping spirits to support you in letting go of what doesn't serve you. After the journey we will offer what we need to let go of to the fire (you will need to bring some toothpicks, small sticks or other small symbololic item to give to the "fire - we will not have a fire but will use matches and lighters to burn what we are letting go of). We will then journey for guidance on what we would like to bring more of into our lives and will celebrate this creation with drumming. This will be a transformative experience where we will share and be witnessed.
